How healthy do you feel your relationship with technology is? What are my cues? Cues are things in your life that have you reaching for your phone, or some form of technology. For example: when I get stressed I reach for my phone to mindlessly scroll through Instagram. What is a substitute you can have in YOUR life rather than reaching for the phone/technology? For example: I like to run. When I feel stressed I can go for a quick job, rather than scrolling mindlessly on my phone. Technology is a GREAT tool! What are some tech solutions (certain apps etc) to help you stay productive? For example: the Do Not Disturb app helps me not look at my phone while I am driving.
